Your Rights and Obligations

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and dgb99 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "dgb99") governing your access to and use of the dgb99 website at dgb99.app and all associated products, services, and features including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, promotions, and customer support channels.

1.2 By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the dgb99 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

1.3 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the dgb99 platform and, if you have a registered account, contact support to arrange its closure. Continued use of the platform after any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

1.4 dgb99 operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption, fair play certified games, and locally integrated payment methods. We do not make specific claims regarding regulatory licensing; players are responsible for confirming the legal status of online betting in their own jurisdiction before registering.

1.5 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail. Any communication from dgb99 to you will also be in English, which is the operational language of the platform.

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the dgb99 platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. dgb99 enforces a strict 18+ age gate and will not knowingly provide services to any person under the age of 18.

2.2 During the registration process and at any subsequent point at dgb99's discretion, you may be required to submit identity verification documents. Acceptable documents for Bangladesh players include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Real-money activity — including deposits, withdrawals, and bet placement — will be restricted until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.3 If dgb99 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account holder is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Any deposits made by a player subsequently confirmed as underage will be returned; however, any winnings accrued during the period of underage access will be voided and forfeited.

2.4 You confirm that you are not accessing dgb99 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. You bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online betting activity in your location. dgb99 accepts no liability for your use of the platform in any jurisdiction where such use may be restricted or prohibited.

2.5 Accounts registered to players in jurisdictions where dgb99 is unable to provide services will be closed and any remaining verified balance returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification requirements.

3.1 Each individual may register only one dgb99 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity or different aliases — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any balance or bonuses held therein.

3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. This includes your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a registered Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dgb99 will treat any action taken using your account credentials as an action taken by you.

3.4 dgb99 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to your registered Bangladesh mobile number. Players are strongly encouraged to activate 2FA. dgb99 will not be held liable for unauthorised access to accounts where 2FA was not enabled.

3.5 Account transfers, sales, or assignments — whether temporary or permanent, with or without monetary consideration — are strictly prohibited. Any account found to have been transferred or sold will be immediately and permanently suspended.

Account Verification (KYC)

3.6 dgb99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with standard responsible gaming and anti-fraud practices. Verification may be requested at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers an internal review.

3.7 Standard KYC documents requested from Bangladesh players include: (a) Proof of Identity — NID or passport; (b) Proof of Address — utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days; (c) Proof of Payment Method — screenshot or statement of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for transactions on dgb99.

3.8 dgb99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Players who fail to provide adequate KYC documentation within 30 calendar days of a formal request may have their account restricted or closed.

4.1 All transactions on dgb99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability at the time of transaction. dgb99 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit per transaction and per day is subject to the limits displayed in the dgb99 cashier section and may vary by payment method. dgb99 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which dgb99 bears no responsibility.

4.3 Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment account held by a third party — including a family member — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Such deposits may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed same-day during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practices.

4.5 dgb99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing timelines may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where a withdrawal triggers an internal compliance review. In such cases, dgb99 will notify the player within 24 hours via the registered email address.

4.6 In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or a third-party payment processor issue — you must notify dgb99 support immediately and must not wager any portion of the erroneously credited amount. Any winnings derived from an erroneous credit are void and will be deducted from the account balance.

5.1 All bets placed on dgb99 are subject to these General Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type as published in the dgb99 sportsbook rules section. In the event of any conflict between a sport-specific rule and these General Terms, the sport-specific rule shall prevail for the relevant market.

5.2 Bets are only valid and binding once they have been confirmed by the dgb99 system and a bet reference number has been issued. An attempted bet that does not receive a confirmation reference — due to a network interruption, system error, or odds change — is not a valid bet and will not be settled.

5.3 Odds offered on dgb99 are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. If the odds displayed at the time you submit a bet have changed by the time the system processes it, dgb99 will either accept the bet at the updated odds, offer you the option to accept or decline the change, or cancel the bet and return the stake — depending on the odds movement policy in effect for that market.

5.4 dgb99 covers cricket markets including BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers ODI and Test series, ICC Champions Trophy, and Asia Cup, among others. Football markets include EPL, UEFA Champions League, Serie A, Bundesliga, La Liga, and domestic Bangladesh Football Premier League. Kabaddi, hockey, and virtual sports markets are also available and subject to their respective published rules.

5.5 Live in-play betting is available on selected cricket and football events. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be suspended without notice during key match moments (wickets, goals, red cards, reviews, rain delays). Bets submitted during a suspension period will be cancelled and stakes returned.

5.6 dgb99 operates a maximum payout limit per event and per bet type, details of which are displayed in the cashier and bet slip at the time of wagering. Winnings exceeding this limit will be capped at the published maximum regardless of the calculated payout. Acceptance of a bet does not constitute a waiver of this maximum payout policy.

5.7 dgb99 reserves the right to void, cancel, or amend the settlement of any bet where: (a) a manifest or obvious error in odds was published; (b) the relevant event was affected by corruption, match-fixing, or irregular activity; (c) a bet was placed using information not available to the general public at the time ("inside information"); or (d) a system error resulted in incorrect bet acceptance or settlement. In all such cases, dgb99 will communicate the outcome to the affected player via the registered account email.

6.1 dgb99 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

6.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by dgb99 are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The standard wagering requirement is displayed clearly on each promotion page and in the dgb99 promotions section of the platform. Players must meet the stated wagering requirement in full before any withdrawal request for bonus-derived funds will be processed.

6.3 Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet within the player account. Real-money funds are used first for wagering until depleted, after which bonus funds are applied. Bonus funds cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold to another player.

6.4 dgb99 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a specific promotion has been actively accepted by a player and a corresponding wagering requirement has commenced — in which case the terms applicable at the time of acceptance will be honoured to the extent reasonably practicable.

6.5 Any player found to be abusing promotions — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting patterns to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics, or providing false information to qualify for a bonus — will have all bonus funds voided, any associated winnings forfeited, and the account suspended or permanently closed.

7.1 Player-initiated closure: You may request the permanent closure of your dgb99 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing support@dgb99.app. Account closure requests will be processed within one business day. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to standard KYC verification.

7.2 Self-exclusion: If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, dgb99 strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tools available from your account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options include temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 months) and permanent self-exclusion. 7.3 dgb99-initiated suspension: dgb99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where: (a) these Terms have been materially breached; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) the account holder is found or suspected to be under 18 years of age; (d) the account is used in connection with money laundering or other illegal financial activity; (e) the account is found to hold duplicate status; or (f) the account poses a regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to the platform.

7.4 In cases of dgb99-initiated suspension for cause, dgb99 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the verified balance will be returned. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be wholly or partially forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

7.5 Closed or suspended accounts may not be reopened without the express written approval of the dgb99 compliance team. Requests to reopen a self-excluded account will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off review. Permanently self-excluded accounts will not be reopened under any circumstances.

8.1 dgb99 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure continuous platform availability — including redundant infrastructure and SSL-secured connections — we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be held liable for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, unexpected downtime, network failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions on internet services.

8.2 dgb99's liability to any player in respect of any single event, claim, or series of related claims shall not exceed the player's net deposit total over the twelve months preceding the claim. dgb99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

8.3 Dispute procedure: If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or that a transaction has not been processed as expected, you must raise a formal dispute with dgb99 support within 30 calendar days of the event in question. Disputes raised outside this window will not be considered. To raise a dispute, contact support via live chat or by emailing support@dgb99.app with your account reference, the relevant bet or transaction ID, and a clear description of the issue.

8.4 dgb99 aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt. During the investigation period, the relevant balance may be temporarily ring-fenced. dgb99's decision on all disputes is final and binding once the investigation is complete, unless the player escalates the matter through a recognised third-party mediation service or applicable legal process.

8.5 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless dgb99, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, fines, or costs (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) any content or material you submit to the platform; or (d) your use of the platform in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

8.6 These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. dgb99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version is always available at dgb99.app/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
